Responsibilities:
Support Financial Controlling
1.Responsible for establishing and improving financial budget system. Responsible for compiling full financial budget which include sales/production budget, profit/loss budget, Capex budget, working capital budget and cash flow budget.
2.Responsible for establishing and improving rolling financial forecast system. Coordinate financial forecast with relevant department.
3.Participate in miscellaneous material sourcing and cost monitoring activities, Set part localization targets with Purchasing Department; Conduct on-sit manufacturing audit and spot study, Evaluate/derive cost differentials of products and production processes.
Support CBU on followings:
4.Support Cost Breakdown preparations and negotiations
5.Support Business Plan/CR negotiations
6.Support Sales Planning
7.Prepare make/buy analysis, Support cost reduction initiatives
8.Develop Business Unit metrics (profit. Sales) and monitor/report monthly
9.Perform segmentation analysis by product/region etc,.
10.Prepare Cost analysis between Global Regions (detail differences in Processes/Labor/Burden/Freight/etc)

Requirements:
1.English speaking
2.5 years experience in costing or relevant
