INTRODUCTION TO ROLE



As a Sales Support Manager, you will join an industry-leading organization of an unmatched global scale and superior customer focus. You will have the opportunity to take responsibility for the effective execution and support of the end-to-end sales cycle. The sales-cyle processes include managing customer information, updating sales opportunity data, maintaining records and documentation, researching information, compiling report data, assisting with analysis, and coordinating work in accordance with pre-defined processes. You will collaborate across internal teams to resolve issues arising during or after the sales cycle. Aligning with HP’s internal career development framework, HP offers you both vertical and horizontal growth in sales and/or related fields that will best match your strengths and passions. This position would reside in one of several HP business organizations, including our Enterprise Group, Printing and Personal Systems Group, or Technology and Operations organizations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



· Support day-to-day post-sales order transactions (e.g., credits, returns, order entry), report customer issues (e.g., specialized product builds, performance reports), and manage low-complexity customer accounts

· Report routine issues to other support groups, such as, internal sales, audit, operational support, and delivery

· Resolve straight forward customer issues (e.g., distribution, pricing) and assist external-facing customer service representatives

· Work with supply chain and the factory to resolve simple backlog issues, communicate status updates, and where required, escalate issues

· Help resolve order management issues for all product lines using basic subject matter knowledge

· Enter sales data in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining documentation and records

· Provide post-sales support, manage order entry in compliance wiith HP policy, follow-up on outstanding account receivable issues with sales and delivery teams

Required:



· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed prior to start date) in business, economics, administration or related fields

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Word

· Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and drive

· Eager, quick learner with strong team-work spirit

· Excellent oral and written English communication skills
