INTRODUCTION TO ROLE

As a Finance Analyst you will join an industry-leading organization and have the opportunity to partner with the businesses to ensure that our capital strategies are operationally supported and strategically focused to secure the greatest return on investment for HP globally. You will have the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of HP’s financial processes and detailed knowledge of the business. Depending on your capabilities you may be engaged in the development of transactional financial analysis as well as providing guidance to the business on complex business cases. Aligning with HP’s Finance Career Development Lifecycle model, HP offers you both vertical and horizontal growth in finance. The opportunities include working across different geographies, in business and finance organizations, which also includes roles in Controllership, Credit and Collections, Internal Audit, Tax, Treasury, Financial Solutions, and/or business group finance teams. This position would reside in one of several HP business organizations, including our Global Finance organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·Provide moderately complex financial analysis that is either transactional or analytical for a financial function, business, or specific initiative

·Establish and maintain relationships with business leaders to ensure financial analysis needs are met

Master’s degree graduates would additionally:

·Manage an increased level of complexity in financial analysis and business partnering

·Guide and influence decisions made by business leaders

·Take part in policy and process improvements by identifying issues and proposing solutions

·Represent finance on cross-functional teams

·Provide mentoring and guidance to more junior analysts

·Eager, quick learner with strong team-work spirit

·Excellent oral and written English communication skills
