General Summary Statement

Responsible for verifying payments from Dealers, execution control process on Conformity Certificate kept by FAFC, Vehicle Delivery and Receipt (VDR) monitoring, utilisation of the dealer Direct Debit payment functionality and general administration of all associated wholesale operational activities.

Typical Duties

- Execute control process on Conformity Certificate kept by FAFC;
- Verify dealer payment slip on unit by unit basis (check dealer payment slip vs. CFOCUS);
- Generate and send monthly billing and inventory report to dealers;
- Track and timely follow on VDR forms;
- Coordinate temporary vehicle display request from Dealer and communicate dealer location to insurance company
- Report dealer location and exhibition information to insurance company
- Assist in administration of items for follow-up on dealer payment default and/or short payments, as well as curtailment payment.
- Support the implementation & launch of all new wholesale products
- Assist in the preparation and update of Procedures and desk manuals.
- Liaise with manufacturer and other external bodies as required;
- Prepare and provide daily / monthly metrics as directed;
- Process data in the operation system in accurate and efficient manner to ensure the job quality and data integrity.
- Maintain a good record and filing on wholesale operations records, be responsible for CFOCUS report filing to ensure they are all in sequence and under well custody.
- Carry out other ad hoc assignments, support or activities as required by business.


Qualification

- Professional school graduate, at least;
- Certain working knowledge of the manufacturer and dealer processes in the ordering, delivery and administration of units;
- Certain written and verbal English language skills;
- Skilled in data input process and general administration;
- Good inter-personal skills/good team player;
- Careful, responsible, initiative and hard working personality
- Demonstrates high personal standards of integrity.

核心职责
- 对公司控制的车辆合格证进行管理；
- 按每台车辆核对经销商还款信息（将之与CFOCUS系统核对）；
- 向经销商发放月度利息和库从清单；
- 追踪管理整车分拨交接单的回收;
- 向保险公司报告经销商地址和临时展示地点；
- 协助追踪经销商还款短缺，迟付以及到期事宜；
- 支持新产品业务
- 协助准备和更新作业程序和操作手册
- 就业务相关事宜与车厂及其他合作方联系；
- 根据指示，准备和提供每日/每月报告；
- 准确有效的处理CFOCUS系统中的数据来确保工作质量和数据完整性；
- 维护一个良好的记录和文件系统来确保经销商融资作业记录被很好的保存和维护； 负责CFOCUS报告整理，确保报告完整；
- 执行与公司业务有关的临时任务

- 大学大专或以上学历
- 有一定金融或汽车领域及经销商运营的经验为佳
- 为人诚实可靠
- 一定的英文听说读写技能
