Job Description:
1.Review and update plant quality system procedures to ensure compliance with quality requirements of customers, corporate office and other external organizations.
2.Review the implementation of system procedures in all departments.
3.Hold internal LPA audit and other system audit.
4.Coordinate customer and 3rd part audit
5.Maintenance quality system certificate status.
6.Maintenance quality data on customer website.
7.Maintenance macro quality data of plant, such WWCR.
8.Manage all system level documentation.
9.Support quality tools and skills training.
10.Other duties assigned by management.
11.Continuous improvement required.
12.Follow company’s Environmental Regulations.

Qualifications:
1.Degree in any engineering field. Preferably mechanical or electrical engineering graduate.
2.Familiar with ISO/TS 16949 or QS9000 or VDA 6.3.
3.3-5 years experiences in quality functions at assembly operation.
4.Strong background in quality system implementation.
5.Familiar with quality tools such as 8D and 6σ
6.Quality Function Deployment. Cross functional knowledge.
7.Voice of the Customer.
8.Strong leadership and planning skills.
