Job Description:
1.All plant support function involving the production line process ; main coolent system ; total plant air make up and balance ; facility construction ; piping and service system ; environmental system.
2.Participate in solving the daily technical and quality issues.
3.Coordinate the launch of the new production lines.
4.Continuous review of the plant electric system by working together with plant maintenance staff.
5.Special emphasis on safety and electrical shock protection, complying with standards.
6.Work out concept for efficient energy use.
7.Provide facilities estimates for new business/programs
8.Other duties assigned by management
9.Continuous improvement required
10.Follow company’s Environmental Regulations.
11.Monitor the new construction project process, ensure the construction process follow the laws, regulations, national standards, company`s requirement
12. Lead the acceptance process for the new construction project, ensure the issues be addressed

Qualifications:
1. Degree in any engineering field, preferably mechanical or electrical engineering graduate.
2. Experience on high voltage power supply system.
3. Knowledge of industrial quality, controlling and measuring system.
4. Know well for regulation,government policy,national standard that facility related,such as power,water,construction.
5. know well for air condition system and air-compressor system.5S.
6. Good communication and organizing skills, Cross functional knowledge.
7. Skillful on office software and construction software (for example Autocad)
8. Understand the business, foster a safe and healthy environment.
9. Take responsibility, initiative person.
10.Take action, demonstrate integrity.
