主要工作目的Main Purpose of the job:
物流过程的控制,定义客户和供应商之间的物料流和信息流,节约物流成本.Monitor logistics process and define logistic flow and information flow with customers and suppliers. Saving logistic cost.
主要工作Main missions:
1. 物流各环节控制。Control logistics process.
2. 定义客户和供应商之间的物料流和信息流。Define MIFD with customers and suppliers.
3. 优化物流流程，减少提前期。Optimize logistic flow and reduce lead time.
4. 包装设计(包括原材料,成品,出口零件,售后服务零件)。Packaging design(Raw, finish goods, export, service part).
5. 控制包装的用量，及时维修包装。Control packaging usage and maintain packaging on time.
6. 控制管理供应商包装。Control and monitor supplier packaging.
7. 客户联系和相应的服务。Communicate with customer and provide relative service to customer.
8. 不断更新标准化作业。Continuously update standized work.
9. 执行看板拉动系统。Implement KANBAN system.
10. 提高目视化管理。Improve Visual Management.
11. 担任物流部内部标准化教练。Be responsible for PC&L internal standardization coach.
12. 直属经理交给的其他临时任务。Other temporary task arranged by line manager.
任职资格Qualification：
1. 三年以上汽车行业材料计划经验（熟悉MRP系统优先）。Minimum 3 years auto industry at material planner (Being familiar with MRP is preferred).
2. 大学本科以上学历，具备英文听说读写能力。Bachelor degree or above and Good English.
3. 有良好的沟通能力。Good communication.
4. 熟练操作办公软件（Word, EXCEL, Powerpoint等）。Familiar with word, excel and ppt.
5. 具备团队合作精神。Good corporate team spirit.
