主要工作目的Main Purpose of the job:
对日常的工装、模具维护、维修及生产提供技术支持，并根据所出现的问题进行分析总结，找出原因并提出解决方法；同时通过日常对模具的观察及结构原理的分析，不断进行模具的持续改进，提高生产效率及生产稳定性，降低生产成本；参与公司新项目工装、模具的验收及工装、模具备件的国产化等方面的工作。Function support for the problem of fixture , maintain of tool , ,maintenance and UAP , according to analysis of the problem to find the root cause and temp. solution , KAIZEN of tools basic on the structure and principle of tool , to improve the efficiency and stableness, control cost , dedicate to pre-accept and follow up the tool and fixture during new project , implement of local spare part of tools , etc.

主要工作Main missions:
1. 参与新产品工装、模具验收并对工装、模具的使用情况进行跟踪；Dedicate to pre-accept and follow up the tool and fixture during new project
2. 对新接收的工装、模具提供备件清单，列出易损件清单，提出维修中的备品备件购置申请计划；List a spare part list for new fixtures and tools , damageable part list , and application of spare part of PR plan .
3. 新项目工装、模具验收后编写模具标准化操作指导书，并对换模工、班组长及维修人员等进行培训；Authorize the standard operation of tool and fixture, training tool knowledge and skill to tool technician gap leader and maintenance guys.
4. 建立并汇总维修过程中的各种数据、修改记录，并进行归档；遵守安全方针,遵守安全管理手册,程序文件,作业指导书和其他规章制度；Establish and accumulate the parameters and records, to save the datas. Follow the safety guideline, standard operation and other rules.
5. 熟悉公司各种工装、模具的加工工艺；Be familiar with the manufacturing process of all kinds of fixtures and tools in supplier.
6. 掌握生产区域内各种工装、模具的结构及其工作原理，解决模具使用过程中发生的各种问题；Know-how the structure and principle of fixture/tool, and solve the problem during production.
7. 实行信息共享，工作上团结合作；Implement of info. sharing, teamwork spirit.
8. 掌握工装、模具在使用过程中的状态并进行跟踪，对于需更改的模具编写工装模具改进方案，并将更改
依据及更改方案存档；Follow up the status of f/t after any modifications, and record the info. into the following up list .
9. 配合维修工人对工装、模具维修，对出现故障模具尽快拿出可行维修方案并实施维修，减少停机时间,保障生产正常进行；Cooperate operator to repair the f/t, control the break down to ensure the running well production.
10. 对维修超过1小时的模具进行故障原因分析，并提出整改意见；For one time over 1h breakdown , should be a analysis and improvement idea of malfunction
11. 对于模具中重复发生的故障，需做故障分析报告，要求根据其原理、作用、结构等提出持续改进意见并实施，并在相应预防性维护中加入易发生故障的预防内容；For one problem many times breakdown, need a analyzed report according to the principle, function ,structure .And make this problem into the prevention maintenance.
12. 做好每月每周的模具预防性维护保养的计划并督促实施，不断完善预防性维护保养计划的内容；Update the plan of prevention maintenance and contents.
13. 对客户提出的问题进行分析，并列出反应计划加以改进；Analysis of the questions from customer and improve later.
14. 直属经理交给的其他临时任务 Other temporary task arranged by line manager

任职资格Qualification：
1. 学历: 大学专科以上（含大学专科）degree of academy or above
2. 专业背景: 模具设计、机械设计及其它相关专业Tool design , mechanical design and relevant major.
3. 工作经验: 二年以上的设备维护经验minimum 2 years maintenance experiences
4. 胜任能力: 革新创造力，与他人合作能力，工作知识，分析问题和做决策，主观能动性，计划和组织能力，对质量关注，书面交流，口头交流，可靠性，委派和控制，具有团队精神。Creativity, teamwork , knowledge , analysis and decision-making ,activity , ability of organization , quality concept , Minimum bi-lingual (English required) , strong written and oral communication skill, team spirit .
5. 其他要求: 具备一定的外语阅读交流能力oral English skill (not perfect)

- 了解QS9000标准知识 Know QS9000 standard knowledge
- 了解ISO14000标准和公司相关环境体系文件 Know ISO14000 standard and concerned environment systemic document
- OHSAS18001标准、劳动法等相关政策法规，掌握《低规》OHSAA18001 standard, labour law and concerned policy
- 了解设备管理专业知识Know facility management professionally
- 了解设备TEM系统知识Know facility TEM systemic knowledge
- 了解统计技术的基础知识和运用技能Know statistical skill and basical knowledge
- 辅助技能：Word，Excel 2000，PowerPoint 2000，Project 2000，AutoCAD，UG
