职位描述
主要工作目的Main Purpose of the job:
支持设备日常设备维护工作及新设备的安装调试。Support daily maintenance of machine, and fixing and debugging the new machines.
主要工作Main missions:
在FES实现的过程中，维修工程师的职责是：
1. 协助机械维修工和电气维修工对无法解决的复杂设备故障进行分析和排除 。Assist machine and electric maintenance man to analyze and eliminate unsolved complicated machine malfunction.
2. 参与公司新项目中设备的设计、方案认可、技术协议签订、设备制作监控。As a part of management level in machine design, authorization of scheme, endorsing technical agreement and overseeing manufacture of machine for new project.
3. 参加新增设备的安装调试及验收工作，并做好从试制到投产的衔接。Take part in fixing and debugging new machines and acceptance check, linking trial-manufacture up to puting into production successfully.
4. 负责编制和维护设备标准化作业单、润滑图表、巡检作业指导书、设备保养作业指导书和设备点检保养。In charge of establishing and maintaining standardization job step for machine, lubrication chart, inspecting standard operation, machine maintenance standard operation and machine-check.
5. 对设备的工作原理进行分析，编写培训教材，对设备操作工进行操作培训，对设备维修人员进行技术培训。Analyses working principle of machine, write training textbook, in charge of training machine operator how to handle and machine maintenance man technically.
6. 负责公司设备设施维护计划的制定、实施监督并对维护效果进行评估。In charge of establishing maintenance plan for machine and facility at plant, actualizing supervisal and evaluating maintenance effect.
7. 对设备运行中暴露出来的不安全因素，或是为提高生产效率、降低员工的劳动强度及提高产品质量而制定改进措施并督促实施并进行效果评订。Establish measure of improvement for unsafe factors exposing at the time of machine production, or in order to advance production efficiency, reduce workers’ labor intensity and improve quality of production. Supervise and urge actualizing and evaluate the effect.
8. 负责备件安全库存、日常计划的制订和备件国产化改进工作。In charge of stock spare part safely, map out the daily grind, and improve localization of machine spare part.
9. 参与工厂设备改造，排除设备中的故障隐患和不安全因素，降低设备能耗。Take part in rebuilding plant machines, eliminating hidden machine malfunction and unsafe factor, reducing energy-consuming.
10. 对所有设备故障进行评估和分析，并制定改进措施。Evaluate and analyze all machine malfunctions and establish improvement step.
11. 直属经理交给的其他临时任务。Other temporary task arranged by line manager.
任职资格Qualification：
1. 学历 Education: 大学专科以上（含大学专科）College degree or above.
2. 专业背景 Background: 机械、电气或相关专业 Mechanical engineering, electric engineering or concerned specialty.
3. 工作经验 Experience: 二年以上的设备维护经验 minimum 2 years or above experience of facility maintenance.
4. 胜任能力 Qualification: 工作知识，分析问题和做决策，计划和组织能力，主观能动性，革新创造力，口头交流，与他人合作能力，对质量关注，书面交流，委派和控制，可靠性，安全和维护工作场所整洁 。Knowledge, analysis and decision-making, ability of organization, activity, creativity, oral communication skill, teamwork, quality concept, strong written communication skill, accreditation and control, reliability, safety and maintain work station neat.
5. 其他要求 Others: 具备一定的外语阅读交流能力Strong reading and oral English skill .
6. 岗位知识与技能 Station knowledge and skill：质量 Quality：了解QS9000标准知识 Know QS9000 standard knowledge.环境 Environment：了解ISO14000标准和公司相关环境体系文件 Know ISO14000 standard and concerned environment systemic document. 安全 Safety：OHSAS18001标准、劳动法等相关政策法规，掌握《低规》OHSAA18001 standard, labor law and concerned policy

8. 辅助技能 Assistant skill: Word 2000,Excel 2000,PowerPoint 2000,Project 2000,AutoCAD , SIEMENS,STEP7,SIEMENS WINCC，SIEMENS MicroWIN32.
