At the earliest opportunity, we are looking for a Sales Manager reporting directly to our Vice President Marketing, Sales and Program Management China based in Chongqing.
The Sales Manager ensures target sales and continuous profitability improvement by understanding the customer and market needs. The candidate is responsible for commercial results for the dedicated customer group and the key customer contact for all topics. Therefore he/she is handling all kind of requests (offers, negotiations, claim management) during acquisition, development and production phase.
As the key customer contact, he/she is also responsible for the overall control, coordination and supervision of activities to our technical customer contacts. Therefore the candidate should be familiar with engineering and project management topics.
As the key customer contact, he/she is in also in contact with our global organization in Europe. Customer Relationship Management is crucial.
- Bachelor degree or above, preferably majored in Engineering,Sales & Marketing or Business Management
- at least 5 years work experience in selling technically sophisticated products that require technical explanatory support paired with a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate has made this experience already in the automotive sealing environment. In addition, he/she understands processes and procedures within the automotive industry in general and has already an established network within the key customer this position is aimed for.
