职位描述

1. Responsible for the implementation of mould maintenance plan; 负责模具三级保养计划的执行
2. Maintenance and repair of all moulds and repair of checking fixture; 所有模具的保养和维修以及检具的维修
3. Responsible for preventive maintenance of moulds and analysis of mould failure; 负责模具预防维护保养计划执行及模具故障趋势分析
4. Assisting to prepare spare parts list of all moulds; 负责协助建立各类型模具的备品备件清单
5. Responsible for 6S of all moulds and improvement of production area; 负责模具清洁保养及生产现场环境改善，大力推行6S活动
6. Assisting to improve the production line and instrumental of work place; 协助完成生产线及工位器具的改造
7. Responsible for the operation and maintenance of crane; 负责行车的使用和保养

岗位要求：

1、高中以上学历 Senior middle school graduate

2、 勤快踏实肯干；动手能力强Self motivated, hard working and strong operation ability
3、 责任心强，工作主动积极Strong sense of responsibility and active working attitude
4. 熟悉模具机械基本原理Familiar with basic mechanical principle of mould
5、 氧焊机,氩弧焊机,电焊机操作熟练Skilled operation of oxygen welder, argon arcwelder
and electric welder
6、机械保养实际工作经验丰富Rich working experience in machine maintenance
7、安全意识强，具备发现和应急处置设备安全隐患

Strong safety consciousness and able to find and deal with the potential safety accident
8、适应轮班工作制 Shift working
