Brief Description:
1. This position is responsible to support the work assigned within center accounting department in the Finance division in APL-GSC. This includes General Ledger, Procurement (creation of purchase order) and ad-hoc finance related activities assigned from time to time.
2. He / She is required to work closely with Chongqing operations and finance users & Corporate Finance to ensure that issues are resolved or escalated in a timely manner.


Accountabilities:
1. Review and update process flowcharts
2. Perform periodic reconciliations.
3. Any other projects and tasks to be assigned from time to time.


Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting.

2. 1-2 years of accounting experience.
3. Good command of oral and written English.

4.Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) in order to deal effectively with both internal and external parties.
