Job Description:

1. Responsible for the constant achievement of the key goals and objectives of the team: (a.) Reach safety goals; (b.) Achieve quality targets; (c.) Achieve delivery targets; (d.) Keep cost budget.

负责团队关键性目标的可持续成就，包括：实现安全和质量目标、准时按客户要求交货，控制成本预算。

2. Prophase manufacturing data analysis of new project, and prophase in new projects ( establishing production, completing relevant files).

新项目前期制造数据分析，及新项目的导入(生产线建立，相关文件的制作等)

3. Comply with production plan of the company, and achieve production plan with good quality. Improve production procedure and production efficiency, and accomplish statistic analysis of production data etc.

配合公司生产计划，保质保量完成生产任务；制程改善及生产效率提高；生产数据分析等。

4. Drive continuous improvement efforts and responsible for the continuous improvements to eliminate wastes.

推动持续的改进成果，负责实现连续性进步，从而减少不必要的浪费。

5. Responsible for the safety of the entire team by keeping the work area and processes free of safety hazards, and ensure that the operations people comply with the requirements of TS 16949, ISO 14001.

负责整个团队安全，保证工作区域和流程无危险因素；及确保操作人员严格按照TS16949，ISO14001体系标准进行操作。

6. Facilitate communication to ensure the whole organization's efforts are aligned towards given objectives.

促进沟通，确保整个团队的所有努力都朝既定目标发展。

7. Employees’ training and management of MFG department, and create a working environment that would encourage employees to excel and be leaders.

制造部员工培训及管理，创建一个工作环境，能够激励员工发挥自身潜能，突出优越，成为领导者。

8. Develop a personnel development and succession plan for key positions to ensure the long term growth and integrity of the organization.

对关键职位，制定出员工发展及连续性计划，以此确保团队的长期性增长和诚信度。

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical, electrical or electronic engineering discipline.

大学本科及以上学历水平，机械电子工程或相关专业。

2. 3-5 years experience in manufacturing preferably in automotive industry or in QS/ISO environment, 3 years or above management experience, and good ability on manufacturing planning & implementation and knowledgeable and concepts on lean production.

3-5年生产制造经验，3年及以上管理经验，汽车行业经验或QS/ISO环境工程经验优先；具备良好的生产制造策划及执行能力，具备精益生产方面的知识与理念。

3. Fluent English or Korean, good ability on speaking and listening English or Korean.

英语或韩语流利，并能熟练运用英语或韩语进行沟通交流。

4. Good time management skills-ability to organize and plan multiple long and short term task, good communication skills and leading his/her team with an emphasis on a team approach.

良好的时间管理技能，具备组织和计划长期或短期工作目标的能力；良好的沟通技能，重点注重团队建设。

5. Responsible and self starter with ability to work on own initiative with a high degree of autonomy.

责任心强，具备高度的主动性和自制能力。
