Roles & Responsibilities

• Work in partnership with the business to fully understand the key business drivers and needs, current and future challenges.
• Give a strategic HR perspective regarding business development & planning ,understand business needs and can translate it into specific HR strategy and action plans
• Strengthening existing skill set and behaviors to support business managers to raise their capability to lead and manage change
• Identification of talented individuals in their areas and building capability to support the development of this talent
• Build bridges across function and organization boundaries.
• Ensure successful execution of strategies; take the necessary steps to overcome obstacles and pus goals, maintain high levels of energy
• Provide others with the necessary means to be successful, create a climate where people want to excel
• Lead internal communication on the plant basis

Bachelor degree in Management or related, MBA is preferred

• Mimi 8-10 years of HR experience as Business HR or in a variety of HR roles
• Knowledge of the spectrum of possible HR interventions and experience of delivering improved business results.
• Experience of getting to know and understand the business and to identify how HR can best contributes to its success.
• Strong customer focus and proven ability to build productive relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Experience of coaching & consulting, underpinned by a collaborative & supportive style of working.
• Experience of acting as a change agent, working proactively to make organizational change happen.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Manufactory experience will a plus
