Credit Card Sales Support 信用卡销售支持
RESPONSIBILITIES

-Assist credit card direct sales to prepare and process related documentations for card applications
-To handle customer's inquiries and follow up with credit card related process
-To coordinate and follow up with internal departments on credit card related process
-To keep abreast of all local regulations, credit guidelines and ensure operations are complied with internal and external requirements
-Provide MIS report


KEY REQUIREMENTS

-Work independently, detailed-orientated, responsible and with proactive attitude
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with good knowledge of PC & Office
-College graduate and above, finance related bachelor degree is preferred
-Minimum 1 year assistant experience in credit card/ insurance/ personal loan or related finance products
