职位描述
Main Responsibilities and deliverables:
§ Support on department issue.eg, Sales person and Distributors. Communicate with other department to get resource to help Sales Team department.
§ Collection and analysis data of distributors Sell-in, Sell-out and inventory and monthly sales data.
§ Update Sale Team monthly travelling plan, monthly working plan, Index Estimation (LE), Job feedback and related items.
§ Answer Group purchase Hotline and distribute customer information to sales person.
§ Provide B2B performance review report to department manager.
§ Manage the Sample of Parker goods.
§ Maintain the CRM system.
§ Managing and Providing necessary and effective documents to Sales Team.
§ Follow up or coordinate the order processing with Sales Support Center.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or University Degree required.
Knowledge & Skills:
§ 3 years relevant experience
§ Good written and oral communications skills in English.
§ Intermediate to Advanced level in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT ).
§ Self-management, hard-working, independent and able to deal with pressure.
§ Working highly efficiency, executively, carefully and good planning skills.
§ Good teamwork self-motivated.
§ Good coordination ability.
§ Warmly and friendly.
