1 Job Summary / Purpose
?To participate in achieving accurate and timely accept and release booking to clients while meeting principal and customer requirements contributing to the company’s good image & reputation.
?To perform timely and accurate collections from customers of whole team
?To provide appropriate service to customers
?Help Department manager to monitor the booking status

2. Relationships / Role
?Reporting to Department manager

3. Duties and Responsibilities
?To receive EDI/Booking Sheet and collect with relevant documentation from clients and release booking to Customers
?Patiently / politely answer phone enquiries & solve customers' problem via fax/e-mail/phone in a prompt/enthusiastic manner
?Know well of the regulation of the port

4. Authority and Job Standards
Act within the guidelines and instructions for the position


5. Standards of Performances
To ensure that the data are correctly complete in accordance with agreed timetable resolve the emergency issue with customers & report to department manager weekly.

6. Working Conditions
The Job involves ability to work with multiple documents and varying requirements at various destinations. All critical tasks are performed by computers and e-mail and ability to manage in a digital environment is important.

7. Position Requirements
?College degree
?Good knowledge of typing skills and Microsoft applications
?At least 2 year relevant experience in ocean shipping industry
?Good command of English (written and verbal) CET-4 or above
?Good inter-personal skills and team-work spirit
?Good communication expertise
?Familiar with MS-office applications
