To ensure the opening and closing of the spa procedures are carried out smoothly and efficiently.

To prepare and ensure the welcoming tea and towels are sufficient.
准备并确保有足够的茶水和毛巾供客人使
To assist and recommend guest with confident for their spa treatments and actively recommend up sell with the appropriate Spa services. To rebook guest whenever possible.

To read, understand and acknowledge the receptionists’ communications book daily.
每天熟读并明白接待员留言本。
To attend to all malfunctioning equipment and follow ups. Issue work order for maintenance issues.
注意出故障的设备并跟进其维修事宜
To answer all calls within maximum 4th rings and answer with the correct telephone verbiage and etiquette.
确保电话铃响4声以内接听客人电话，并使用正确的电话用语及礼仪
To evaluate and monitor therapist’s working hours and distribute the treatments evenly.
评估和管理理疗师的工作时间，从而合理安排理疗疗程。
To follow up with therapist’s product recommendation.
跟进理疗师的产品推介。
To minimize the White Box and maximize the use of therapy rooms and therapist occupancy at all times.
减少空间及人员闲置，充分利用所有的理疗室及理疗师。
To report all guest’s comment to Spa Supervisor in written details.
以书面形式向水疗主管报告所有客人的评价
To perform and accept other duties delegated by the Spa Supervisor and or Spa & Leisure
Manager. In the absence of Spa & Leisure manager, in deputy health Club Manager.
在水疗经理缺席时，暂代水疗主管，接受并执行水疗经理或水疗主管委派的任务
