QA Manager(Japanese speaking)
Duty & Responsibility:
1.Ensure the implementation of the Company's Documented quality system
2.Develop necessary quality procedure in accordance with the Company's policy
3.Take part in SLM program and Supplier visit to enhance improvement in material quality
4.Establish and direct staff to set quality target for SQA/In process audit/Final
5.Initiate instantaneous feedback for instantaneous corrective action. Implement preventive action for recurrence of same error.
6.Liaise with customer on quality requirement and feedback for appropriate improvement action
7.Preparation of PQAP for individual product quality requirement to cover all aspect of manufacturing from supplier quality requirement to final outgoing quality check

Requirements:
1.Above Bachelor Degree
2.8 years experience in the quality process& production control of PCBA field at 5 years managial level
3.Expert on the system of QA,ISO9000 and preferred in TS9000/QS9000
4.Strong communication/leadership skill
5.Fluent in Oral/Written English and Japanese
