Reporting to Chief Operating Officer. This role is responsible for managing all engineering and quality related functions for the supply of printed circuit boards for Asia customers.

Key Job Responsibilities:

-Manage PCB quality issue for Asia
-Perform supplier qualification audits
-Work with suppliers to improve performance, implement process control and quality plans
-Analyze supplier capabilities, develop and maintain supplier quality metrics
-Perform supplier quality systems audits and provide support for improvements
-Able to communicate to site QC team independently and provide suggestion and solution for the alternative part recommendation from quality accepted perspective
-Investigate product defects, rejects and systems failures with emphasis on corrective actions

Job Requirements:
-High Diploma in Electronic Engineering or related disciplines
-At least 10 years engineering experience in PCB industry
-Sound exposure in PCB fabrication processes and technologies
-Experience in working with supplier quality
-Fluent in Japanese and good English, Mandarin is an advantage
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Good communication and presentation skills
-Good team player
-Pro-active, dynamic and initiative
-Regular travel to Asia countries
