Key Responsibilities:

- Accomplish new product development independently

- Ensure product meet both internal and external requirements

- Coordinate with other function team to get necessary resource

- Fulfill customer requirement during development phase

- Report to PM and management team of program progress

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Mechanic Design or related subject

- At least 5 years working experience in automotive interior trim industry

- Experience in Hard Trim production especially for IP or Console

- Experience in process develop, understand most of HT trim manufacture process, such as HPIM, LPIM, Skin

Slush, FIP, Scoring, Press Lamination, Glue Application, Edge-wrapping, welding, Cut & Sew, etc.

- Familiar with production validation

- CATIA / UG skills, able to do simple design or drawing per customer requirement

- Good communication skill, able to keep good communication with customer and internal

- Able to travel frequently in China and worldwide

- Background of equipment, tooling and quality

- Good English level in both written and spoken
