Purpose of the job

Work with logistics /production/sales team, achieving results that support company goals.

Main areas of responsibility

1.To be responsible for arranging daily shop production schedule in according to master demand planning

2.Making production capacity planning analysis, understand to balance production capacity for each workcenter

3.Review and make sure all released production orders are materials available

4.Correctly choose and release material to work center

5.Optimize material and capacity utilization, and supply

6.Calculation of material needs and reduce remnant material

7.Close follow up daily production schedule to meet customer delivery requirement, timely report department head for any delay

8.Daily comparing actually production output to scheduled one with a variances of volume, find out the impacted factors inside, create a report to operation manager.

9. Operate production system Nestix and Make sure system to run smoothly

10.Work close with sales, production and logistics in schedule area

11. Other related assistant work for production team.

Requirement

1. BS Degree in related field (Mechanic, Material Science, Technology)

2.At least 5 years of production planning experience in manufactory

3.Be familiar with production scheduling and routine

4.Good ERP knowledge , high competence in using IT system(MS Office)

5.Strong sense to forecast and capacity balance

6.Mastering of CAD(AutoCad)

7.Can read simple mechanical drawings

8.Good interpersonal & communication skills
