Tasks
?Share home furnishing knowledge based on rational, functional, relevant, comfortable, convenient, emotional and affordable solutions through IKEA range presentation.
?Plan and implement the activity in the store
?Present, plan and implement inspiring home furnishing solutions using function as a display technique, with a specific living situation and style group for our customers.
Ensure in-store display and communication is maintained so the IKEA store always looks like new, so that each area of the store assists customers to shop easily and freely during the entire buying process.
?Deliver a high level of inspirational, functional and commercial appeal in your areas of responsibility
-Ensure the Width and Depth, Low price and Combinations and Solutions are connected to everyday life at home, using of the right Store Media for presenting the Product Range

Knowledge
?Knowledge of interior design and home furnishing trends
?Understanding of sales via co-ordination and presentation of the range
?Be familiar with the home decoration process

Capability
?Proficiency in interior design
?Experience to be able to transfer knowledge to practical, related solutions and ideas to inspire our customers
?Capable to handle multi-task within timeline
?Good communication, presentation and coaching skills
