GENERAL SUMMARY：
Having a good management of production equipment and arrangement of the preventive maintenance, and organizing a timely troubleshooting if there occurs a failure. To ensure a safe & smooth running of production equipment.
管理好生产设备，有计划地维护保养，设备发生故障及时组织维修，保证生产稳定地进行。

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES：
1.编制和审查所有的生产机械设备、电器和仪器仪表、工艺管道和阀门、设备基础、供排水系统、厂内机动车辆、厂房和建（构）筑物等等维修保养计划，确保维修保养计划的实施Work out the maintenance plan for mechanical equipment, Electric apparatus, craft pipelines and valves, equipment foundation, supplying and drainage pipeline networks, buildings of plant, warehouse etc. Arrange and check the implement of the scheduled plan.

2.机械设备、电器、仪器仪表等所有生产装置发生故障时及时组织维修，确保在最短时间内恢复生产Arrange timely troubleshooting for mechanical equipment, electric apparatus, instrumentation, ensure recovery production in the shortest time.

3.积极做好生产装置存在缺陷的改进工作，使生产装置不断得到改进和完善。 Actively improve the existing defects of production equipment, make constant improvement & perfection.

4.做好各种机械设备、电器和仪器仪表、建筑物和构筑物等的入册登记工作，安排和确保收集整理和保管好所有的维修记录、技术资料和图纸，管理好所有的机械设备、电器设备、仪器仪表、土建和建筑物技术档案。
Arrange and insure to collect and keep the maintain register and technical data and drawings of mechanical and electrical equipment and instrument and structure building etc.

5.编制和核查生产机械设备、电器和仪器仪表等的备品配件最低库存量标准和急需的配件申请计划。Work out and back-check the spares plan for mechanical、electronically equipment and instrumentation.

6.管理和监督生产设备的正确使用和正确维修，对违反正确使用设备和正确维修方式的现象予以提出和报告，并予以纠正
Manage & supervise the correct usage & troubleshooting of production equipment, make suggestion & report for the phenomena which violate the correct usage & troubleshooting method of equipment, and give correction.

7.努力减少维修成本、降低设备的电力消耗，为公司减少生产成本增强市场竞争力作出贡献。
Try hard to reduce repair cost, reduce electricity consumption of equipment, and make contribution to enhance market competitiveness by reducing production cost for the company.

8.督促和检查所有的维修工作记录；及时和准确申报各种机械设备、电器和仪器仪表运行数据、生产电量消耗、维修成本等技术指标、数据和管理报告。 Supervise & check all the repair work rework, make timely & accurate declaration of different kinds of running dates of mechanical equipment, electric apparatus & instrumentation, production electricity consumption, repair cost, act. Technical index, data & management report.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
1.大专或大学以上文化，有6年以上相同或相近岗位的直接工作经验,
College degree or above. Possessing the qualification plus 6 years of direct working experience in a relevant sector;

2.熟悉基本的PLC程序，具备气动和液压设备原理知识,
Familiar with the basic PLC program with the principle of pneumatic and hydraulic equipment knowledge;

3.熟悉CAD，Office软件, 有一定的英语读写能力,
Familiar with CAD, Office software, there is a certain degree of English literacy;

4.工作主动性强，能够在压力下工作，有较强的问题解决能力, 动手能力,
Work initiative, able to work under pressure, have strong problem solving skills, ability;

5.愿意轮班和加班,
willing to work shifts and overtime;

6.良好的动手及改善能力,
Good hands and improves capacity;

7.吃苦耐劳，态度积极，愿意学习,
Hard-working, positive attitude and willingness to learn;
