Main Responsibility:
1. Manage advanced product quality planning (APQP) activities with suppliers;
2. Act as the liaison between manufacturing engineering and the supplier;
3. Conduct program reviews on all new AQE parts;
4. Review, remediate and approve PPAPS from suppliers as appropriate ;
5. Conduct process audits and run-at-rates as required for AQE parts;
6. Develop suppliers to as appropriate to comply with Cooper Standard's supplier development and management process;
7. Train suppliers on the quality and manufacturing philosophies utilized by Cooper Standard;
8. Resolve supplier issues during APQP-develop corrective actions and document lessons learned;
9. Improve the quality performance of suppliers by conducting supplier workshops, improvement meetings, etc. ;
10. Manage critical supplier issues vising escalation as appropriate;
11. Improve quality levels of purchased parts materials to achieve quality metric goals;
12. Support MCIP and localization goals;
13. Support the protect the customer process;
14. Comply with and ensure supplier compliance with ISO/TS16949 AS Appropriate;
15. Promote a "Passion For Performance";

Qualification:
1. Familiar with APQP/PPAP/PFMEA/SPC/MSA ;
2. Familiar with TS 16949 is preferred;
3. 5 years' work experience or above, Auto Industry is must;
4. Strong background in engineering, Mechanical engineering, auto engineering preferred;
5. Strong problem solving skills;
6. Good at dealing with customers;
7. Strong at influencing others and good at communication;
8. Strong enthusiasm to get things done;
9. Integrity;
10. Good English;
11. Good at MS office software;
