职位描述
1. 协助质量体系工程师整理和归档所有质量文件和记录,确保文档与记录维护良好。
2. 更新质量和环境在公共盘文档列表,确保信息显示在列表中是符合实际的。
3. 对文件及图纸等进行受控，发布和分发受控的文档,确保相关人员可以得到文档,保证发放后的文件版本有效，作废文件得到回收。
4. 控制重要的质量记录,如ECN / DRN / NPI。管控公司文件编号，对新生成的文件提供正确的编号。确保受控文件的格式的正确性。
5．管控所有的报告，准确的上传客户系统。.
