工作职责：

1.负责重庆工厂财务操作,作为工厂领导小组的一部分，掌握本地的团队负责的结果；

3.准备及时可靠的年度预算，月度/周度预测和分析，提供每个解释和改善计划；

4.负责重庆工厂成本管理；

5.控制重庆工厂资本支出、批准过程；

6.每月营业绩效评估。准备并提交一份详细的综述全年的表现的经营业绩，报告包括了开发利用灵敏度分析的最好的,最坏的情况,可能病例的情况；

7.现金流预测、管理、金融机构、公司报告和系统开发；

8.营运资本管理和审核,信用控制及采购管理；

9.年度法定项目利润回报,公司税收、关税/职责增值税和可塑性,符合转让定价；

10.紧密结合母公司税务经理和外部顾问以确保一切符合国家税收的规定；

11.管理工厂QAD系统流程。

主要资历要求：

1.会计、金融方面至少本科学历；

2.至少7 - 10年会计工作经验,在汽车行业具有很强的操作能力,尤其是有与一级供应商OEM的经验者优先；

3.至少3年领导职务的经验，和在合资公司就职的经验；

4.较强的Microsoft Office，QAD或者ERP应用能力；

5.优秀的财务报告的知识及丰富的经验,能够计划和实施质量体系和过程的发展；

6.善于和各层人员的沟通，包括英文的书写和口语能力，在公司内集中成为培训和指导员工不断提高金融能力的人；

7.有能力和经验对公司高层管理阶层沟通，对其财务问题,商业决策、规划设计提出建议；

8.能够迫切和保密地同时处理多项和一次性项目；

9.工作灵活，按工作进度要求工作；

10.在动态变化环境下有创造力和领导能力；

11.以目标为导向和有团队精神。

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Overall responsibility for all financial aspects of the operation and as CQ part of the Plant Leadership Team, holding the local team accountable for the results.

2. Daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting, as appropriate with cost analysis - fixed cost, variable cost, direct cost, indirect cost, production cost and operating cost.

3. Prepare reliable and timely annual budgets, monthly/weekly forecasts and analyze variance to each, providing explanation for each and improvement plan.

4. CQ plant cost management..

5. Control and continuous development of the Capital expenditures, approval process .

6. Monthly business performance review. Prepare and present a detailed review of projected business performance for the full year by month, presentation includes the use of sensitivity analysis to develop best, worst and probable case scenarios.

7. Cash flow forecasting, management, banking facilities, corporate reporting and systems development.

8. Working capital management and review, credit control, purchase ledger management.

9. Annual statutory accounts return, Corporation tax, VAT and Customs tariff / duty compliance, compliance with transfer pricing.

10.Working closely with parent company tax managers and external advisors to ensure compliance with national tax regulations.

11.Management of plant QAD processes.

Key Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (minimum).

2.Minimum of 7-10 years accounting experience with very strong operational involvement in the automotive industry, specifically Tier 1 supplier experience with the OEM's preferred.

3.Minimum 3 years in a leadership position, and with experience in a multi-national Chinese company.

4.Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, QAD or similar ERP experience.

5.Excellent financial reporting knowledge and experience, able to plan and implement system and process developments.

6.An excellent communicator at all levels, including spoken and written English skills; a strong focus will be the training and coaching of the staff to continuously improve financial skills and awareness within the company.

7.Capable and experienced in communications and advice to high level management on the financial implications of business decisions and planning.

8.Ability to manage multiple and one-time projects with urgency and confidentiality.

9.Willingness to be flexible and work a demanding schedule.

10.Ability to be creative and lead change in a dynamic environment.

11.Goal oriented and work well in a team environment.
