Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Develop and execute a sales plan, manage strategic alliances, Constantly monitor the marketplace to be aware of customer trends and competitive activities.
2.Lead all sales activities to grow the business and meet or exceed customer revenue and profitability targets.
3.Establish presence in emerging markets and adapt pricing and promotional strategies.
4.Identify market segments, select channels of distribution.

Qualification requirements
1.Possess a combination of strategic and tactical skills and a strong business acumen.
2.Experienced in business-to-business selling and a good understanding of sales and marketing processes, 3C accessory sales experience is a plus.
3.Ability to deal with shifting distribution channels and changing market dynamics.
4.Ability to identify critical issues for successful business and to remove road blocks and resolve issues.
5.High energy, self-starter, self-motivated in order to kick start and build up the business and the market.
6.High integrity, well respected, trustworthy, mature judgment, non-political and non-bureaucratic
7.Customer focused and Result-oriented person with sales experience of selling to global retailers or distributors.
8.Fluent in English is a must, and any other local language is an asset.
9.Avaliable for domestic and international travel.
10.Computer knowledge(MS Office)
