Position Focus:

Wiring application scope

Scope:1. Coordinate with global team on the design
2. Support customer build events to resolve build issues, liaison from local issues to design leader.
3. Evaluating Routing & Packaging during sample vehicle build
4. Evaluating / defining new routing if required
5. Issue PCR's approved by customer to improve product performance and cost effectiveness.
6. Coordinate changes to concerned dept.
7. Participating in customer and supplier meetings.
8. Participating in cost technology workshops.
9. Checking 2D harness drawings are complying with design, manufacturing and vehicle assembly requirements
10. DFMEA preparation

Education:

1. To be aware of customer (Ford) design requirements and process e.g. design manual etc.
2. Understanding of harness components (connectors, terminals, wire specifications)
3. The knowledge of how to read technical drawings.
4. Good English skill of communication both written and oral
5. Knowledge of harness routing and its physical requirements would help.
6. Bachelor or high, major in Automotive Engineering, or relative major
7. Knowledge of a typical automotive product development process, including specifics such as FMEA, DVP&R and PSW

Experience:

1. More than 3 years relative work experience, understanding of an automotive electrical and electronic distribution system
2. Ability to resolve problem alone, high creative mind
3. Well communication skill and teamwork spirit
