Accountabilities:
1. Responsible for the administration and supervision of Finance team (Treasury disbursement, General Ledger, Fixed Assets Accounting and Tax)
2. Supervise and participate in the preparation of periodic financial statements (PRC GAAP, SIN GAAP and US GAAP) and ensure compliance with local regulatory accounting reporting requirements.
3. Active involvement in the formulation of annual budget cycle.
4. Review monthly schedules and reports and provide updates to Finance Manager/Controller and Local Finance Management team to ensure monthly KPI Dashboard are met per service level agreement (SLA).
5. Provide financial analytical support for ad-hoc projects.
6. Liaise with the auditors during the pre-final and final audit.
7. Review accounting treatment for financial instruments.
8. Handle hedge accounting and perform forex analysis.
9. Evaluate the impact of new and or revised accounting standards.
10. Formulate training plans and initiate process improvement projects for the team in relation to processes and financial system (SAP) etc.
11. Ensure compliance of process & procedures per Group's Policy Operating Manuals.

Requirements:
1. Degree holder in Accountancy / Finance or holder of a recognized professional qualification.
2. At least 8 years relevant accounting experience in multinational corporation or with audit background, of which at least 4 years in a supervisory / managerial role. Experience in shared service industry will be an advantage3. Good command of oral and written English.
4. Possess sound knowledge in Financial Reporting Standards.
5. Strong leadership and people management skills.
6. Display high level of responsibility, strong work ethics, teamwork, cooperation and initiative.
7. Proficient in Microsoft office applications (Excel, Word and Powerpoint etc.).
