岗位职责：
1、协助主持财务部美国物流组的工作，达成各项目标。
2、依据新加坡及美国的会计准则，协助编制财务报告。
3、参与协助编制年度预算。
4、协助审核月度报表，确保绩效指标的达成。
5、协助提供项目研究分析报告。
6、协助年度审计工作。
7、分析与评估会计准则变更的影响，并作出流程与程序的相应调整。
8、推动工作流程与系统优化，确保流程与程序符合NOL集团的政策与操作规范。

任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，财会类专业优先。
2、3年以上财务或审计工作经验，其中1年以上管理经验。有共享服务中心或外资企业工作经验者优先。
3、英语口语与书写熟练。
4、熟悉财务报告准则。
5、熟练使用微软办公软件。

Accountabilities:
1. Assist in the administration and supervision of Finance team (Logistics) to fulfill the accounting reporting requirements.
2. Assist in supervision and participation in the preparation of financial statements in accordance to SIN GAAP and US GAAP.
3. Active assistance in the formulation of annual budget cycle.
4. Assist in review of monthly schedules and reports and provide updates to Finance Manager/Controller and Local Finance Management team to ensure monthly KPI Dashboard are met per service level agreement (SLA).
5. Assist in provision of financial analytical support for projects.
6. Liaise with internal and external auditors.
7. Evaluate the impact of new / revised accounting standards.
8. Promote process and system improvement. Ensure process & procedures comply with NOL Group's Policy Operating Manuals.

Requirements:
1. Degree in Accountancy / Finance or holder of a recognized professional qualification.
2. At least 3 years relevant accounting experience in multinational corporation or with audit background, of which at least 1 year in a supervisory / managerial role. Experience in shared service industry will be an advantage.
3. Good command of oral and written English.
4. Possess sound knowledge in Financial Reporting Standards.
5. Proficient in Microsoft office applications (Excel, Word and Powerpoint etc.).
