Accountabilities:

1. Liaising with FLO on specific entity related issues

2. Assisting in the maintenance and updating of the company's fixed assets sub ledger by using SAP for various entities while following the company's policy & operating manual.

3. Preparing reconciliation to the general ledger

4. Providing support for general fixed assets issues and questions from FLO

5. Preparing and delivery financial reporting on fixed assets for various entities

6. Assisting in special projects and ad hoc responsibilities including support for internal/external auditors

Requirements:

1. College or above, major in Accounting/Finance

2. 2 years and above working experience in accounting and finance

3. Good Microsoft office skills especially Excel

4. Reading, writing and speaking English skills

5. Knowledge in SAP is a plus
