Accountabilities:

1. Reconcile general ledgers against bank statements and identify outstanding items;
2. Prepare Bank Reconciliation reports and Cash Summary reports on periodic basis;
3. Follow up with relevant parties to ensure these outstanding items can be cleared in the following period;
4. Prepare journal entries into system to record bank charges, interest income, etc;
5. Prepare Escalation report for outstanding items that need to be escalated to higher management;
6. Perform Master Listing Account check.
7. Support Supervisor/Manager on ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

1. College or above.
2. With interest in finance work.
3. Accounting or logistics background is preferred.
4. 2 years or above working experience
5. Good English language skills – at least in writing
6. Responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented. Good team player, able to work under pressure.
