重庆市外商投资促进中心，是直属于重庆市外经贸委的事业单位，工作职责之一是为各企业招聘人才，同时也免费为广大求职者推荐工作。本职位由依工汽车零部件(重庆)有限公司委托我中心为其招聘。

Responsibility:

1.Work as Technical Responsible of assembly process during whole life time of product from exact beginning of new acquisition project to product’s End of Production.

在产品的整个生命周期中，从新项目获取阶段开始到产品结束，负责产品装配工艺的技术工作。

2.Be responsible for Assembly Process and Industrialization Planning during Phase0 of new project, such as planning of assembly station/line, specific tooling/jigs for assembly, process chart, production capability, general investment of equipment, specific tooling cost, subcontracted assembly …

负责新项目phase0阶段负责产品装配工艺和工业自动化规划，比如装配线规划, 特殊工装设备, 工艺流程图, 产能确认, 设备投资，工装设备成本、委外组装等。

3. Be responsible to work out the specification/technical requirement of assembly station/line, assembly specific tooling and jigs.

负责制订装配线和特殊工装设备的技术规范和要求。

4.Assist Buyer to run RFQ process of procuring assembly station/line and specific tooling, and be responsible Technically to develop, select, manage and evaluate the suppliers of assembly equipment and specific tooling together with Buyer.

协助采购工程师开展装配线和特殊工装设备的询价，并在技术上负责供应商的评估、选定、开发及管理等。

5.Be responsible to follow up the whole manufacturing process of assembly equipment and specific tooling at suppliers to ensure quality and timing target of equipment and tooling.

负责跟踪供应商在制造过程中的装配线和特殊工装备跟进，确保达成质量和时间目标。

6．Be responsible for trial production of assembly equipment/tooling to define assembly process parameter and follow up trial production, and be responsible for final acceptance of equipment/ tooling.

负责定义装配线和特殊工装设备的调试和试生产并确定工艺参数，最终验收装配线和特殊工装设备。

7.Be responsible for development and definition of assembly process of new product according to product and quality’s requirement, and work out Work Instruction of assembly process.

负责新产品的装配工艺开发和定义，满足产品和质量要求，制定装配工艺作业指导书．

8.Be responsible to update and optimize assembly process to realize product engineering change.

负责更新、优化装配工艺实现产品工程变更。

9. Be responsible for continuous improvement, update and optimization of assembly process (including raw material, equipment, tooling, method, operator, and conditions) to shoot quality defects of products and mould.

负责装配工艺的持续改进、更新和优化（包括原材料，设备，工装，方法，操作员，工艺条件）解决产品和模具的质量缺陷

10.Be responsible for continuous improvement, update and optimization of assembly process to realize cost reduction/optimization, for example, reduction of assembly cycle time, automation assembly, layout optimization, increase of labor productivity…

负责装配工艺的持续改进，更新和优化装配工艺，实现降低优化成本，比如缩短装配周期，自动化组装，工艺流程优化，提高劳动生产率等。

11.Be responsible for Assembly Process Review and Confirmation of product design data and drawing, and mould design data and drawing.

负责在产品设计评审和模具设计评审中审核并确认装配工艺可行性和可靠性。

12. Be responsible to work out and update PFMEA of products assembly process.

负责制订和更新装配工艺PFMEA．

13.Be responsible for production capability study of assembly facilities, and balance of production line.

负责装配设备的产能状况确认并对生产线进行调配.

14.Be responsible for process capability (Ppk) and smooth launch of new product’s assembly process.

负责装配工艺的稳定性(Ppk)和新产品装配工艺的平稳启动．

15.Be responsible for layout of assembly process.

负责装配工艺平面布局图。

16.Play role of Assembly Process function among project team of project management method, and provide technical support to operations team during series production.

在项目团队中承担产品装配职能和批量生产过程中提供装配技术支持。

17. Provide relevant training concerning assembly process to colleagues in Company.

负责公司相关人员的装配工艺培训工作。

Requirement:

1. 大学本科机械自动化或者电气自动化相关专业毕业

Mechanical automation or electric automation with Bachelor degree

2. 英语读写听说熟练

Fluent with English in read, written, verbal.

3. 汽车行业从事自动化组装工艺两年左右

Around 2 years experiences in Auto industry with assembly process roles

4. 塑料组装工作经验尤佳

Experience in plastic assembly with be plus.
