JOB OBJECTIVES:

Support Mechanical Engineer in leading all mechanical related activities in dedicated plant/task and act as interface between operation department and M&E department in mechanical area.

在所负责的装置或任务中支持机械工程师管理和领导所有机械相关的维修活动，在机械领域中成为生产部和工程维修部之间的桥梁。

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Executing and recording of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance plan, including repairs, MOC and small / medium projects with own team (technicians) and external service providers / contractors.

与自己的团队（技术员们）和外部服务提供者或承包商一起执行和记录预防性维修和预见性维修计划，包括修理、变更（改造）和小型项目。

2. Train and develop own technicians and external contractors (together with contractor controlling team).

培养自己的技术员和外部承包商（和承包商控制团队一起）。

3. Support preparation and execution of major scheduled maintenance activities (e.g. TAR or major repair) with operation department and planning + scheduling / TAR engineer.

与生产部和大检修计划工程师一起支持计划性维修活动的准备和执行。

4. Ensure together with QA/QC team the required quality standards as well as mandatory inspections of mechanical installation (pressure vessels, pressure piping, PSV, etc.) are followed.???????

与质控团队一起确保遵守必需的质量标准以及机械装置的强制性检查（例如压力容器，压力管道，安全阀，等）。

5. Ensure together with EHS department that all mechanical work is been executed according to company and mandatory EHS codes and standards (by internal or external resources).

与安环保部门一起确保所有的机械专业的工作是依照公司和强制性的EHS标准执行（无论是内部或外部的资源）。

6. Arrange daily toolbox meeting with own technicians and contractors

组织和安排自己的技术员和承包商参加日常的工作会议。

7. Ensure proper documentation of all executed activities

确保所有已完成工作的记录是合格正确的。

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Senior High School Graduation.

2. 5+ years in mechanical construction / maintenance in petrochem. or chem. Industry.

3. Solid knowledge in static equipment and piping, good knowledge of construction / maintenance / QM/QA standards as well as legal requirements.

4. Good at analytical thinking, strong team-working and Environmental, Health and Safety awareness.
