职位描述
Main Tasks:
Lead local accounting team covering A/P, project accounting, bank transaction, tax and SAFE operation and compliance;
Work closely with Service Platform? to ensure the requirements on tax declaration, filing and reporting to ensure tax compliance;
Develop cash flow forecast and fund management to meet the fund request as well as to maintain the reasonable level of cash balance;
Maintain good working relationship with tax bureaus, SAFE and the banks;
Assist Assistant F&C Manager in the delivery the daily finance and accounting operations to ensure smooth and high standard and compliant operations (accounts payable, tax operations, accounts receivable, credit management, fund request, cash flow management, general accounting, asset and project accounting and finance reporting)
Coordinate inter company transfer pricing (ICTP) transactions and documentation with Controlling Platform;
Manage cash, banking, accounts receivables and past dues;
Conduct various tax and tax refund/ financial subsidies applications;
Participate in ad hoc projects, as and when required.
Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position:
Education:Bachelor degree of accounting or finance major
Working Experience:minimum 5 years finance accounting experience
Technical & Professional Knowledge: accounting and tax
