职责
Responsibilities

-Accept order and forecast from sales Dept. and analyse customer demand.
接受来自销售部的客户订单和预测，进行客户需求分析。
-Release master plan， host weekly planning meeting.
制定主生产计划，主持周计划例会。
-Follow FG out bond and production plan coherence.
跟踪成品出库及生产计划的达成情况。
-Update Data in ERP， and ensure accurate data.
更新ERP系统数据，并确保数据的准确性。
-Ensure on time delivery，release transportation schedule。
负责客户的准时化交付，制定运输计划。
-Ensure semi-FG and FG inventory level.
负责成品半成品库存水平。
-Release call-off to supplier, follow delivery schedule on time
向供应商发出要货计划，跟踪准时到货
-Confirm delivery record with supplier and customer and advise finance Dept to issue invoice and provide original doc.
负责与供应商，客户核对交货记录，取得对方确认，通知财务开票数量，并提供原始单据。
-Interface for Supply Chain Dept. to Production Dept， interface to Sales Dept.
物流部对生产部的接口，物流部对销售部的接口。
技能及任职资格


Skills and post qualification

-College degree or above， over three years production planning experience in manufacturing environment，Automotive is preferred.
本科以上学历， 3年制造业生产r划工作经验，汽车行业经验优先
-Practical ERP system operation experience and good planning concept， SAP is prefer
ERP应用经验；有良好的计划性和逻辑思维，有SAP使用经验者优先；
-Good communication skill and aggressive working attitude
良好的沟通技巧及正面的工作态度
-Good English skills， both oral and written
良好的英语口语及书面英语
-Strong office soft ware， specially in excel.
熟练应用常见办公软件，熟练操作Excel;

Sapa Chalco Aluminium Products (Chongqing) Co. Ltd. (SCAP) is a joint venture of Aluminum Corporation of China Limited (Chalco) and Sapa Group, the world’s largest aluminum extrusion company which both parties takes 50% shareholdings. It was established on 28th, June, 2011. SCAP develops competitive solutions within car body modules, exterior products and floor panels based on aluminum profiles, including extrusion, heat treatment, Friction Stir Welding (FSW) and machining. We are contributing to a safer (high strength in car body) and more energy-efficient (light weight in car body) rail transportation system building up.
