Job Roles & Responsibilities

Provide headhunting service to corporate clients for their staffing needs

Conduct recruitment & selection activities of talents at middle to senior levels including sourcing, interviewing & selecting potential candidates

Develop and implement effective strategies and avenues to achieve staffing requirements of clients

Advise clients on matters pertaining to staffing

Build strong rapport with candidates and clients

Meet to performance standards and deliver work results

Achieve the business objectives and goals of the company

Perform other duties and task as deemed fit by the management

Requirements

At least 3-8 years experience in the search firm

Good command of English

Chemical/ Auto OEM /Machinery industry experience is preferred

Supervision experience is preferred

Have business development experience is a plus

Master all the skills of headhunting

Must be result-oriented with good customer service focus and highly self-motivated with good initiative

Able to give a high level of work commitment with a positive mindset

Being a team player and able to meet to tight deadlines

Strong interpersonal skills to interact well with people of all levels
