职位描述：
1.在系统中创建物料号。
2.负责检查经常购买物品的库存情况，以及安全库存信息，并及时下订单。
3.不间断地减少供应商的数量，与重要供应商保持联系，并保持合作关系。
4.根据选定的供应商给出的最后报价，在ERP系统里下订单。
5.每周提交前10位供应商的报告，每月提交前50位供应商报告，供应商的发展情况报告，月订单数量，以及当月所创的物料号数量。
6.跟进订货至交货的时间，货物的发送以及货物的质量。
7.付款给供应商。
8.将相关文件以及PR 订单等整理存档。
9.寻找供应商，并与供应商洽谈。（包括到市场上购买小型或是急需使用的消耗品）

岗位要求：
CET-6,良好的英语交流能力。

Job Description:
1.Create the Material Item Code in the system;
2.Responsible for the recurring items inventory information and to place the Purchasing Orders in time
3.Following up the production plan of the company, check the inventory and define the safety stock with the data support from related departments;
4.Continuous reduce the quantity of the suppliers, and negotiation with the saving with the key suppliers
5.According to the final quotation from the chosen supplier, make the purchasing order in the ERP system
6.Make the reporting top 10 by suppliers by a weekly basis, top 50 suppliers, evolution of the supplier, and number of purchasing order by a monthly basis.
7.Following up the lead time,
8.Following up the delivery of the goods and quality status
9.To follow up the payment to the supplier
10.Make a good documentation for the files, as Purchasing order, etc.

Requirements:
CET-6, Fluent communication in English

Snecma Xinyi Airfoil Castings Co. Ltd., is a joint-venture created between Safran Aircraft Engines, a major entity of the French group SAFRAN and Guizhou Liyang Aerospace Power Co. Ltd. in 2006 with a registered capital of $ 9 million.

Located in Guiyang (Guizhou province), in the heart of the Jinyang Science and Technology Industrial Park and Guiyang High-Tech Industry Development Zone, the plant covers an area of 10,000 square meters, and more than 120 staff work at Safran Aircraft Engines Guiyang. It is a casting facility and it produces low-pressure turbine blades, nozzle guide vanes and low-pressure turbine seals for CFM56 and LEAP aircraft engines, also known as "the most successful engines in commercial aviation history".
