Global Service Delivery

Within HSBC Technology and Services, Global Service Delivery is a business-aligned, customer-servicing organisation with the primary objective of driving operational excellence across our businesses worldwide. Achieving this through the consolidation, simplification and continuous improvement of processes across the full range of HSBC operations, the division simultaneously takes responsibility for managing operational, location and processing risk and ensuring that services provided are at a best-in-class price point for the required quality level.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Teller SD CQG . In this role, you will:

·To perform accurate and efficient counter transactions and to offer a high standard of courteous and professional service to customers;

· establish and keep good relationship with valuable customers by providing one-stop counter services;

·To report customer feedback and collect market intelligence in order to seek continuous improvement in customer service;

·Be familiar with local rules and regulation and internal guidelines and always keep alert for any suspicious Money Laundry activity and do report to superior;

·To perform corporate customer transaction supporting documents first checking

·To prepare regulatory returns to local regulator

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

·University degree holder, majored in finance, economics preferably

·One or two year bank working experience

·High sense of responsibilities, careful, diligent and efficient

·Good command of oral and written English

·Self-motivated with attitude of “would like to learn” and excellent working under pressure

·Teamwork player and customer service
