Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree or above (preferably related to early childhood education).
-Passionate, love to work with kids and willing to devote time and effort for the benefit of both kids and parents
- Proficient use of English language (speaking, reading and writing) is a must. Minimum of TEM8.
- Able to work under pressure
- Physically fit, active, energetic and can sing
- Team player with good interpersonal and leadership skills
- Values integrity and professionalism
- Self-motivated, goal oriented and coach able
- A funster
- Experience of working with kids aged 0 to13 is a plus
- Height should no less than 160 cm for male and 158 for female

Founded in 1983 in the USA, My Gym has been at the cutting edge of the child early learning industry in the world for over 20 years. My Gym has created an extraordinary program and facility which is devised to help children -six weeks to thirteen years- develop physically, cognitively and emotionally. With 210+ centers spreading over 25 countries and regions around the world, My Gym improves the lives of children and families by helping children acquire the skills, confidence and positive self-image needed to become healthy young adults.

1989年，毕业于加利福尼亚大学圣巴巴拉分校MBA专业的科瑞博迪斯（Cory Bertisch）和莫尼克 瑞妮斯（Monique Vranesh）对美吉姆发生兴趣，购买了其位于范奈斯市的教育中心，运用其在商业推广领域的专业能力，使美吉姆在短时间内获得了成功。1989年到1994年期间，美吉姆最初的缔造者威廉凯普林和谢尔曼夫妇，同博迪斯和瑞妮斯一道努力，在5年时间里，进一步改进和完善了美吉姆课程体系，并发展出了美吉姆独有的定制化的教学设备，同时对其整个运营体系进行了优化调整，从而使美吉姆获得了极速的推广。
1995年，几位创始人抓住时机成立了美吉姆企业集团，开始在全世界范围内推广美吉姆。通过详细而全面的授权计划，广泛而深入的培训和完善的加盟支持系统，确保每一个美吉姆中心在品质上都达到了统一的高度，从而使美吉姆在世界范围内获得了空前的成功。

我们的未来
美吉姆2009年2月进入中国，目前在全国各地已开设100余家美吉姆分中心，每天都有近万名孩子在美吉姆接收到全球最先进最科学的早教课程。
