Senior Sales Engineer - Guangzhou
General Objective of the job:
? Responsible for all sales activities, from initial prospecting through to final contract negotiations with customers in assigned region. Develops and implements an agreed upon regional plan to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
? Identify target customers and plan sales activities to these
? Find out customers needs through visits to site, gaining a clear understanding of customers’ business operation and requirements
? Prepare quotations, contracts
? Conduct negotiations to close the deal, maximizing company profitability
? Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers, and new potential customers
? Cooperate with other departments to maximize customer satisfaction
? Find, select and manage new agents in region to support sales.



? Cooperate with credit control and finance department to keep overdue and receivables’ low
? Monthly sales reporting on sales and activities as demanded by company
Qualifications:
? 5 years proven record in sales of industrial high end products, business to business
? Project sales experience
? Experience from aluminum foundry industry, car manufacturing or related, a plus
? Willing to travel frequently within China
? Self motivated person who enjoys challenges
? Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
? PC literate, able to use Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
? Native Mandarin and excellent English skill
? Drivers license
