Purpose of Position职位设置目的：
?To represent CGT Shanghai and be the local face for all customers (OEM, Tier One/Two etc) in the Changchun, China region
代表加通与当地的客户接洽（整车厂, 一级/二级供应商等）
?Maintain communications and supply necessary services to customer
与客户保持良好的沟通及提供必要的服务
?To gather market intelligence, support strategic plans, and identify market opportunities in Changchun, China region
收集市场情报，支持战略计划，并确定在重庆，中国地区的市场机遇
?To identify, support, and help resolve quality/logistic/engineering/commercial/payment issues/etc. in the region with all customers
识别，支持，帮助解决在此区域内客户的工程/质量/物流/商业/付款问题/等。
?Assist in the launch of new programs and insure customer requirements are met for all on-going programs
协助推出新的方案，确保正在进行的项目中顾客的所有要求得到满足
Principal Accountabilities首要职责：
?Assist the CGTS Sales staff to sell CGT products to Changchun customers
协助加通上海销售人员进行产品销售
?Maintain daily communication with customers, attend meetings, and deliver samples, products, and/or paperwork as required
与客户保持日常沟通，出席会议，并视需要提供样品，产品和/或文书
?Assist and manage business plan for the area under direction of the Sales Manager
根据销售经理的方向协助和管理该地区的业务计划
?Identify, develop and launch new programs in the region
识别，开发和推出在该地区的新方案
?Participate in CGT global strategy team to determine appropriate products for the Changchun markets
参与CGT全球战略团队以确定适合重庆市场的产品
?Management of China parts approvals at Chinese OEMs, Tier 1s and other customers

？Establish and monitor timelines – monitor progress and action on issues

？Update customers on a consistent basis
