重庆招聘

1、认真贯彻和执行铸造中心的质量方针和质量目标，落实好生产物流部下达的铸件生产任务和各项生产指标；

2、全面负责铸造中心的物资及生产计划保障工作；编制生产计划、物料请购计划、以及生产计划的均衡协调，确保库存降至最低；

3、负责编制年度设备大修计划、备品备件计划，负责监督设备的日常管理工作，组织设备安全事故的分析处置；编制设备检修计划、日常模具维修，负责员工的培训和人力需求，审查编制各种管理制度；

4、负责本部门劳动保护工作，协助其他部门对新员工和特殊工种操作人员进行安全教育、培训和上岗资格的考核。

5、负责各个工序之间物流的策划，尽可能减少运输距离，减少装具的使用；负责生产现场的区域策划、公共区域的清洁卫生管理工作；

6、定期招开生产工作会议，对下属的工作提出要求和改善意见并适时做出指导，搞好安全生产工作；

7、负责设备、设施的安装和验收、安全运行等管理工作；

8、责本部门的6S现场管理工作；

9、负责产品的按时交付；

10、对铸造中心的安全和环保工作负责。

任职要求：

1、熟悉整个压铸生产工艺与流程，具有丰富的生产及管理工作经验；

2、具有五年以上的相关工作经历；

3、沟通能力强，对国家安全法规有一定了解；

4、熟悉和运用ISO/TS16949质量管理体系的标准和方法；

5、具有企业管理、质量管理以及其他相关专业知识；

6、熟练运用现场管理方法。
