Key Responsibilities 关键职责

Solid experience for project execution from land selection till completion, experienced acknowledge for project-related statutory approval process 熟悉项目从选址至竣工的整体流程，并熟悉项目全过程的审批流程 Skilled use of making the whole project master schedule and working schedule by using Project software. 熟练运用Project软件编制项目总体进度计划及工作计划 Support project manager to manage the schedule control and optimize according to actual site condition. 支持项目经理根据项目实际状况管理项目计划控制及优化工作。 Detect the risk of project delay according to the on-site situation, and make solution plan accordingly, as well as participant and lead the project progress schedule meeting. 根据现场进度能够发现工期延误的风险，并提出解决方案，同时参与项目进度计划会议 Be familiar with project management & contract management is preferred. 熟悉合同管理优先考虑 Complete other work assigned by the Company. 完成公司安排的其他工作。

Qualifications 任职资格

Education & Qualification教育及资质 Bachelor degree or above 本科或以上学历 Knowledge & Experience知识及经验 o Above 10 years work experience in construction company or PM company 10年以上施工单位、项目管理公司或造价公司的相关经验 o Experienced at project management business and business development 有丰富的项目管理和市场开发经验 o Excellent computer skill, excellent professional software operation skill (Project, Excel, etc.) 熟练的办公及专业软件应用技能，熟练的专业软件应用技能（Project，Excel等） o Good command of English 英语听说读写流利 o Mostly based on site. The business group already has a strong position, especially in the European energy market.

    INDUSTRY

    Industrialisation has been a main creator of wealth and lifestyle improvement. It will continue to be a major area of growth, but it will need to adapt to new sustainability requirements. The Forest Industry business group was renamed as Industry business group. The business group will maintain its strong core in the forest industry and wants to maintain its global market leadership in the pulp and paper sector. In addition, it will accelerate its expansion into other areas of industrial processes and facilities such as chemicals.

    URBAN & MOBILITY

    As the world is more and more urbanised, the challenge is to ensure that the world is sustainable by providing efficient transportation and green buildings. To meet this converging market, Transportation and Construction Services were merged into a new business group Urban & Mobility. With this integration, Poyry aims to strengthen its ability to respond to the increasing need for solutions driven by population growth and urbanisation, in areas such as urban development, real estate development, transport planning, rail and road infrastructure, construction management and building design using the global platforms of this business group.

    WATER & ENVIRONMENT

    Water is one of the most critical issues facing the world and one that directly impacts health, food and livelihood. Here, too, the world faces huge challenges. The Water & Environment business group will spearhead Poyry's vision to become a leading service provider for the entire water cycle and to mitigate environmental degradation.

    MANAGEMENT CONSULTING

    The Management Consulting business group was formed by merging the management consulting businesses in the Forest Industry and Energy business groups. They currently employ around 450 management consultants in total. The target is to double the size of the business in about five years and to expand management consulting services into areas that have synergies with the rest of the Poyry group. The business group has a strong link to our engineering as part of the total offering.
