Job Description

The selected individual will lead medium sized software development projects. The ideal candidate must be capable of working with a diverse group of stakeholders performing high level and detailed business and technical analysis. Additionally, this candidate will be responsible for detailed project documentation, requirements documentations and tracking development process adherence on assigned projects according to established process set for the contract.

Key Skills:
* Prior 3^rd Apps Project Management Experience.

* Prior experience defining functional and technical requirements in relevant artifacts.

* Strong background in software development discipline

* Experience directly managing Apps Development technical resources.

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities:
* Lead multiple custom software development projects simultaneously in terms of scope, schedule, quality and release plans, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
* Effectively partner with technical leads and guide development teams to understand the business requirements.
* Interact with project managers and internal business users to establish detailed application and systems requirements for assigned projects.
* Review client requirements and perform gap and/or technical impact analysis.
* Create and own project schedules, process flows and related documentation.
* Monitors and controls tasks in progress for technical adequacy; and provides active assistance to meet schedules or resolve complex technical or business requirements.
* Facilitate and perform design reviews to improve re-use within the development teams.
* Deliver dynamic, high quality presentations to senior management on status of software projects
* Interface with Quality Assurance (QA) team to ensure accurate delivery of project requirements and compliance with standards, code quality and accepted conventions.

Qualifications:
* Overall 10+ years IT experience with 3+ years of experience in a management role on software application projects.
* Experience with people management and building high performance software development teams.
* Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and documentation skills.
* PMP certification is a huge plus.
* Broad industry exposure to different software development techniques, tools and technologies.
* Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and within a team environment
* Possess highly effective communication skills in spoken and written English and Chinese
* Requires BS EE/CS and MS EE/CS is preferred
