- For our IC Sector LMV Division LP BU in shanghai, we are looking for a senior DI CP PLM to be responsible for product life cicle management in China market, with the coverage from RCD, Modular Devices, Fuses to e-car Charging devices in the scope of low voltage circuit protection products.
What are my responsibilities?
1. Collecting all requirements incl. updates and ratio issues during the product life cycle and compiling them in a requirement document
2. Responsible for product definition process in scope of given Portfolio, review process for selected new products incl. e.g. Usability test
3.Market-driven realization of Products / Systems together with R&D
4. Contact person for R&D and Production during the whole product life cycle
5. Responsible for whole product life cycle incl. pilot test, launching, phase out and discontinuation of the product
6. Cooperation for the market launch plan together with the Product (Marketing) Manager
7. Planning and monitoring quantities for business planning and market model
8. Monitoring the quality and report deviations
9. Customer visits together with sales regarding new requirements or on sales / promoter request
10. Writing technical articles/ Support fair booth service / Speeches to Sales & Promoters
11. Market investigations incl. study and market survey analyzing
12. Competitor analysis esp. from technical / product cost point of view (incl. copy cats)
13. Identification of technological and market trends
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Three years or above of low voltage circuit protection products and distribution system experience in area of marketing, development, or product management.
- Strategic thinking, clear minded and objective driven.
- One year experience at least in project management.
- Being project manager is preferred.
- Right working style in collaboration with foreign countries
What else do I need to know?
- Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. .
- Highly self-motivated and directed.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment.
