职位描述
- From our Infrastructure & Cities Sector, LMV, LP, DI, WA department, Siemens are looking to a senior WA project sales person. Regional responsibility for total selling and promoting WA products in real estate projects and hotel projects, based in Shanghai. Also, applicant should be familiar with engineering installation companies and interior design companies, and experiencing on selling building material products or relative products. In further, applicant should be able to develop new project distributors by own self in order to satisfy customers needs and wants.
What are my responsibilities?
- Understanding well on the whole Chinese real estate market
- Mainly develop a new relationship and maintain the current one in both engineering installation companies and interior design companies.
- Increasing our regional project sales volume by developing new projects from both strategic customers and new customers.
- Define and implement negotiation concepts and strategies to achieve the real estate project.
- Develop new project distributors independently
- Maintain regular contact with relevant interfaces to gather information, fully inform network partners and ensure information exchange with relevant interfaces
- Promoting our new, current and inlet products in different market segment.
- Organising our product seminar for different purpose in each year.
What do I need quality this position ?
- Ten years sales experiences in related functional area
- Experiencing on selling imported switch and high – end products.
- Understanding well on the whole Chinese real estate market
- Professional expertise in using office applications, e.g. Excel, Power Point and Words.
- English Advanced in level 4
- Preferable on working in foreign industry in the past
- Preferable on the knowledge of all WA products
- Preferable on working in real estate company in the past
What else do I need to know?
- Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. .
- Highly self-motivated and directed.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment.
