工作职责：

1、制定总体市场开发战略
2、实施市场开发计划
3、完成品牌推广方案，并指导实施
4、组织相关人员收集同业信息并进行预测，
5、组织制定市场调研流程，并组织市场部相关人员对公司产品进行市场调研分析。
6、结合公司产品和服务进行全面的形象包装。
7、结合公司产品及大客户部的要求进行全年促销活动的规划。
8、负责促销员管理工作的开展。
9、公司的公关、市场、战略合作、外联、代言人、公关、客户关系等工作的组织和实施

任职资格：

1、40岁以下，专科以上学历，男女不限，女性身高162cm以上。男性身高172cm以上
2、五官端正，仪表大方得体，市场营销、经济管理等相关专业优先
3、5年以上鞋服装行业工作经验，业绩突出者优先；
4、具备丰富的一线实战销售经验
5、对自身品牌全系列的深刻理解与高度认知
6、全面诊断能力与分析和理解能力
