岗位职责：

1、负责执行区域销售目标和计划；
2、制定、参与或协助高层执行相关的政策和制度；
3、负责组织的销售运作，包括计划、组织、进度控制和检讨；

4、分析和开发市场；
5、访问和激励联营经销商进一步拓展市场 ；
6、联合品牌公司区域负责人，策划区域内促销方案，并进行推行实施；
7、负责区域内品牌形象维护、产品出样、陈列。

任职要求：

1、大专以上学历；
2、3年以上家具行业销售管理经验；
3、出色的市场分析洞察能力、具备全面深刻营销知识和技能；
4、具备一定的管理领导能力、独立客户开拓能力、公关能力、谈判能力及一定的策划能力和组织能力；
5、能适应偶尔的短期出差；
6、做事踏实认真，敢于挑战较高的指标。
